Dungarees Patchwork – Made from individual, unique patches sewn together. Each pair is a unique combination of patches. This is real patchwork, the fabric patches are stitched, not a print of patchwork.

Sizing:

SMALL – Waist 34-36 inches, Shoulder to bottom (max) 55 inches // Waist 86-91cm, shoulder to Bottom (max) 140cm

MED – Waist 36-38 inches, Hips 38 inches, Shoulder to foot (max) 57 inches // Waist 91-97cm, Hips 97cm, Shoulder to Bottom (max) 145cm

LARGE –  Waist 38-40 inches, Shoulder to foot (max) 59 inches // Waist 97-102cm, Shoulder to Bottom (max) 150cm

XL – Waist 40-42 inches, hips up to 48 inches, length from shoulder to foot (max) 61 inches // Waist 102cm-107cm, Hips 122cm. Shoulder to Bottom (max) 150cm

The item has side, front and back pockets.

The dungaree fasteners are made of metal.

Material is 100% Cotton.

Made by by a talented dressmaker (Ema) with whom we have built a successful and ongoing small business relationship. Her workshop is based in Bali, Indonesia.

These are made from patches of new batik material. Batik is an art form in itself in Indonesia.  Its a technique to dye fabrics using wax to create unique designs.  We also have items made  from increasingly rare vintage batik patches. you can spot the difference between old and new batik by the vibrancy of the colours. Vintage batik cloth is in more muted colours.
