The leather is organically tanned and the pouffe is hand crafted by Moroccan artisans in the souks and tanneries of Marrakech. Please note the pouffes are posted unstuffed for ease or posting – they can be filled with any soft material, no special stuffing is required, old linen or unwanted clothing is suffice. This Pouffe was hand crafted using genuine leather, and the quality of the workmanship and materials is impeccable. This pouffe would give a warm and cosy feeling to any room. It can be used as a seat, to rest your feet when sitting on the couch, or as a decoration. This beautiful Moroccan pouffe can be filled with cotton or anything soft for optimal comfort. Please note for ease of posting these pouffes are not stuffed. However, due to being strong leather they require no particular stuffing – any sort of soft cotton or linen can be used to plump these pouffes up. We source our products personally so we can vouch for the quality of each item we sell. All the leather is hand-tanned, hand cut and hand-dyed in the traditional way. Due to the natural nature of this product there may be occasional blemishes on the pouffes as to be expected, it isn’t a factory made item and the imperfections add to the authenticity of the product. This Moroccan Leather Pouf is made using traditional techniques by Jamal Laqlib in Morocco. Moroccan Leather is famous all over the work for its quality (particularly due to the use of goatskin) and production skill.
